Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
ListingFlow is a seller productivity application under development. This policy explains how information may be handled when users connect supported marketplace accounts.
Information we may process
When a user authorizes a supported marketplace account through an official OAuth flow, ListingFlow may process account identifiers and shop or listing information that the user has authorized the application to access, such as listing titles, images, descriptions, prices, and related metadata.
How information is used
Authorized data is used only to provide ListingFlow features, such as selecting listings and preparing seller-owned listing content for marketing and design workflows.
What we do not do
- We do not ask users for marketplace passwords.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not scrape marketplace pages to bypass official API access.
- We do not access shop data without user authorization.
Data retention and deletion
ListingFlow intends to retain only the information reasonably necessary to provide the service. Users will be able to disconnect supported accounts and request deletion of stored account data.
Third-party services
ListingFlow may rely on supported marketplace APIs, OAuth providers, hosting providers, and design-platform integrations. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Changes
This policy may be updated as ListingFlow moves from development to public availability.
